Terence "Terry" Connelly

Director of Hospitality & Operations Terence (Terry) Connelly leads the Saint Joseph Retreat & Conference Center in providing an environment which enables guests to enjoy meaningful experience with Christ and each other away from the distractions, noise, and hustle and bustle of the outside world.  

After a rich Catholic upbringing with seven biological siblings, six adopted siblings, and countless foster siblings, Terry has always looked to God for guidance.  

After graduating from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa, Terry served as a Marine for 25 years, which included executive leadership roles in the areas of logistics and operations. For thirteen years, his experience included hospitality operational roles overseeing dormitories, dining facilities, sports facilities, medical clinics, workspaces and maintenance facilities across the country and abroad. We are grateful for his love and devotion to God, his Church, his family and his country.  

Terry, his wife Reshelle, and their two daughters have relocated to Fishers from the Chicago suburbs and are parishioners at St. Louis de Montfort. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, running, and shooting.
