Welcome Lisa Hemmerling to the role of Hospitality & Events Associate!

Lisa replaces Stacy Collins who has joined Breathe Easy Hamilton County as their executive director.

Lisa Hemmerling joined our staff in the fall of 2022 as a housekeeper and to support her son, Alex, who is our lead volunteer. She transitioned to the Hospitality & Events Associate role in May of 2023.

Lisa has been a member of St. Maria Goretti pastorate since 1999. She is an active volunteer at SMG helping out with many events and activities; however, her primary volunteer focus is youth ministry and confirmation.

She and her husband, Jason, are parents to three children, two of which are graduates of St. Maria Goretti Catholic School. Lisa enjoys spending time with her family outdoors: bike riding, hiking and water sports. Her favorite saints are St. Padre Pio and St. John Paul II.

Originally from Elkhart, Lisa earned a bachelor’s degree in education from Ball State University in Muncie, and an associate’s degree from Holy Cross College in Notre Dame.
