Welcome Terry Connelly, Director of Hospitality & Operations at SJRCC

Welcome to Terence (Terry) Connelly, the new Director of Hospitality and Operations at the Saint Joseph Retreat & Conference Center!

After a rich Catholic upbringing with seven biological siblings, six adopted siblings, and countless foster siblings, Terry has always looked to God for guidance. Terry served as a Marine for 25 years, which included executive leadership roles in the areas of logistics and operations. For thirteen years, his experience included hospitality operational roles overseeing dormitories, dining facilities, sports facilities, medical clinics, workspaces and maintenance facilities across the country and abroad.

“I am humbled to be part of the Diocese of Lafayette-in-Indiana and the St. Joseph Retreat and Conference Center teams." said Terry. "I eagerly look forward to meeting our guests and serving our Lord as we provide a place where His children can encounter Him in a real and meaningful way.”

Terry, his wife Reshelle, and their two daughters have relocated to Fishers from the Chicago suburbs and are parishioners at St. Louis de Montfort.
