On the horizon

An old building requires much love and much restoration. As we progress, we’ll give you updates on some of the repairs and additions you might find interesting.

So far, the necessary repairs and updates to the infrastructure in the kitchen are planned to make it operational.

The planning of the second floor renovation is in progress and tests are planned to determine if efforts to repair and renew infrastructure elements of plumbing, HVAC, electrical have succeeded.

Decorative painting is planned in the near future.
